Risk calculations based on industry-wide norms
Each item is flagged as Healthy, Warning, Concerning, or Risky compared to your specific industry so you know exactly where to focus.
Recommended actions
Click any flagged area and see targeted Recommended Actions — so you’re not just spotting risks, you’re addressing them.
Filter new hires in or out
Include or exclude employees with less than 1 year of tenure. Their fresh perspectives are valuable, but you’re in control of what’s in scope.
More control over specific time periods
Now you can zoom in specifically on the date ranges that matter most to you. Was there a large training deployment? Check it out. A major organizational restructure? See how that impacted responses.
Segment-level insights
We've upgraded our break down question results to identify outliers by tenure, department, location, or any custom group, so blind spots don’t stay hidden.

What happened to my old analytics?
If you previously tracked your culture via our original Emtrain Analytics, that data is still there! This now lives under Culture Skills.
It doesn't seem like I have access? Help!
1. This feature isn’t included in your current package
Access to certain risk areas depends on both the content you’ve licensed and the analytics package your organization has purchased.
HR & People Risk is only available if your organization has:
Licensed the Respect training content AND
Purchased either the Org-Wide Summary or Segmentation Heatmaps Emtrain Intelligence package
Business Compliance Risk is only available if your organization has:
Licensed the Ethics training content AND
Purchased either the Org-Wide Summary or Segmentation Heatmaps Emtrain Intelligence package
If you don’t have access to these packages, you’ll see a message like below:
2. You don’t have the necessary user permissions
If your organization has purchased the necessary content and analytics access, but you haven’t been assigned the right user role, you’ll see a different message. This means the feature is included in your plan, but your user account hasn’t been granted access.
To request access:
Select Request Access to HR & People Risks.
Confirm you are authorized to see sensitive employee data on the next page.
You'll receive access within hours.
