This article will walk you through the different versions of our Code of Conduct course, the tailoring process, and the tailoring options that are included in your course to present information specific to your organization.

Versions

We have designed three versions of our Code of Conduct course to fit your company needs:

  • The Standard version is off the shelf and is designed for client admins to launch as is.

  • The Lite Tailoring version gives clients limited options to tailor to their company's brand. See below for details.

The Tailoring Process

Upon selecting the Lite Tailoring or Full Tailoring versions of Code of Conduct, you will be provided with a Tailoring Form to provided the needed information to create your company's course.

Tailoring Steps:

  1. Read this Code of Conduct Tailoring Guide article
  2. Decide on Full or Lite
  3. Download tailoring form
  4. Fill out tailoring form
  5. Submit tailoring form and all assets to Client Success Manager (CSM) or customizations@emtrain.com*
  6. Emtrain will create a tailored Code of Conduct course
  7. Client reviews and approves content
  8. Content is published and ready for assignment 

*Once Emtrain has received the completed form and all assets, completion time is 2-4 weeks.

Tailoring Options

You will be asked to provide the following course elements as part of the Code of Conduct tailoring process:

  • You have the option to include one text introduction card or one video introduction card in your Code of Conduct course.

    Each card will have the option to add a card title and a card body text. We recommend keeping your text under 300 characters

    For video submissions, please submit the video file and the video transcript to allow closed captioning to be generated. Please see our Video Submissions Guidelines and Video Recording Tips & Tricks for accepted file types and resources.
     

  • You are provided one text card to share your company Mission Statement.

    Each card will have the option to add a card title and a card body text. We recommend keeping your text under 300 characters.

  • You have the option to include up to five text cards to share your company values.

  • You are provided three text cards to share your company's reporting information.
