Tailoring Your Training Content

This guide provides a general overview of our content selective tailoring process, allowing you to customize your training materials to better fit your organization's specific needs.

Scoping Your Project

To begin, you'll gather your assets and complete a dedicated form outlining your desired tailoring options for predetermined cards and/or lessons.

Tailoring Options for All Content (Excluding "Code of Conduct")

For most of our training content, you have the flexibility to:

  • Add up to two new cards: These cards can include either a client introduction text or a client-supplied video, or a combination of both.
  • Add or remove Policy Acknowledgment cards: There are no minimum or maximum limits on the number of policy acknowledgment cards you can include or exclude.

Tailoring Options Specifically for "Code of Conduct"

Our "Code of Conduct" course offers more extensive tailoring options:

  • Add up to one card for introduction: This card can contain either client introduction text or a client-supplied video.
  • Add up to one card for your Organization's Mission Statement: This allows you to incorporate your company's mission directly into the course.
  • Add up to five cards for Organizational Values: You can highlight your organization's core values with up to five dedicated cards.
  • Add up to three cards for Organizational Reporting Information: Provide clear guidance on reporting procedures within your organization.
  • Select up to 12 lessons on Emtrain Key Topics: Choose relevant lessons from our Emtrain Key Topics to further tailor the "Code of Conduct" course to your specific requirements.

Important Exclusions

Please note that the following services are not included in our tailoring process:

  • Adding custom copy that is not specified in the options above.
  • Removing custom copy that was not part of the initial tailoring request.
  • Reorganizing the existing content structure or order of lessons/cards beyond the defined customization options.

Q: What is the first step to tailoring our content?

A: You'll start by gathering your assets (like videos or introduction text) and then completing a specific form that outlines your desired tailoring options for the training cards or lessons.

 

Q: Can we add our own introductory video to any course?
