Your Code of Conduct is more than a set of rules - it’s a statement and a concrete commitment to a set of business conduct standards that supports your mission, values, and culture.

This course helps employees understand what your Mission, Values and Code of Conduct are — and the important role they play in defining who you are as an organization.

But this course goes further. Even the best Code won’t create a healthy workplace culture on its own. It has to inspire and be supported by “culture” skills. So we introduce learners to four foundational skills they need to build a thriving work culture.

What's new?

  • Standard Version of Code of Conduct, no tailoring required, already available in client libraries
  • New tailoring options:
    • Lite: Clients provide custom intro, mission/values, and reporting info
    • Full: Clients provide custom intro, mission/values, reporting info, AND select which key code topics to include (including any available microlessons)
  • All lessons, including key code topics, include a video scenario (with the exception of “Our Mission, Values, and Code of Conduct”
  • New montage introductory video
  • Combined “Building Trust,” “Building Accountability,” and “Healthy Norms” lessons from COC5 into a singular lesson
  • All lessons are between 3-4 minutes
  • Key code topic lessons that align with existing Emtrain courses summarize the primary learning message of their course equivalent
  • Updated statistics to pertinent topics as needed
  • Poll questions have been reviewed and updated to better capture employee sentiment and potential risks

This course teaches:

  • How to develop accountability and build our decision-making skills.
  • Key Code topics that are particularly important to your organization, including what is acceptable behavior and what isn't.
  • How to understand our Code and Conduct and how it pertains to our values and the laws.

Code of Conduct includes the following features:

  • Realistic workplace video scenes
  • Interactive quizzes and polling questions
  • Ask an Expert feature allows learners to ask subject matter experts questions about the materials covered and view other learners' questions on the same topic.
  • Branded with your organization's logo
