The new course covers illegal restraint of trade by colluding with others in the relevant market about labor terms.

It also covers the competition issue of a business selling to its partners and retailers, and selling directly to consumers through an online store.  The division that sells through partners and retailers cannot share information and/or set prices with the division that sells directly to the consumer.

Lastly, the new course addresses the competition issue of setting terms and prices through different organizations in the supply chain.

Antitrust and Fair Competition includes the following features:

  • Realistic workplace video scenes
  • All new course content
  • Interactive quizzes and polling questions
  • Ask an Expert feature allows learners to ask subject matter experts questions about the materials covered and view other learners' questions on the same topic.
  • Branded with your organization's logo
