Audio Submissions
If you are submitting audio, please use these guidelines:
- File format: .wav
- Sample rate: 16 bit audio at 44,100hz
- Peak level: -6 dB
- Emtrain will encode to mp3 at 96 kbps for mono, 192 kbps for stereo
- No audio editing provided
Image Submissions
If you are submitting an image, please use these guidelines:
- Full Image Text Overlay: 1014x1086 pixels
- Half Image Overlay: 1014x543 pixels
- Quarter Image: 900x264 pixels
Text Submissions
If you are submitting custom text content, please use these guidelines. If the word count goes beyond the character count, the card will adjust:
- Card Title: Maximum of 20 characters and spaces
- Text Only Card Body: Maximum of 296 characters and spaces

Video Submissions
If you are submitting video, please use these guidelines:
- File Format: .mp4
- Frame rate: 23.97
- Recommended Size: 1920x1080 pixels // Minimum Size: 1028x578 pixels
- Minimum average audio rate: 96 kbps
- A written transcript of the content in the video must be provided
- Video should be no longer than 90 seconds
- No video editing provided
