Emtrain has updated the Global Anti-bribery and Corruption course with 8 new video scenarios, four completely new lessons, and new question content. Some specific details include:
- Additional information on UK bribery laws covering bribes to private parties as well as to government officials.
- More information on the US law around it focusing on acts of bribery relating to foreign government officials
- More detail around third parties and how they can be held liable for improper actions.
