Workday Skills Cloud Support
Emtrain now supports sending skills data through our Cloud Connect for Learning integration with Workday. When enabled, Concepts tied to content are mapped to Workday Skills, so learner-facing skills surface alongside course content for improved recommendations and career development alignment.
SmartAssign Questionnaires now available for SCORM accounts
Simplify SCORM content assignment with a single "Questionnaire" file that asks learners a few questions and automatically assigns the right training based on their responses. Segmentation Improvements, including Longitudinal reporting
New year-over-year comparison arrows, refreshed data-sufficiency logic, and a "last refreshed" timestamp make segment-level reporting more reliable and easier to trust.
Campaign Notifications: CC Other Email
Admins can now add an additional CC email address to campaign notifications, alongside the existing "CC Manager" option.

Multiple typo and grammar corrections have been implemented across existing courses to improve content quality and clarity.
Added examples of reasonable accommodation under the Pregnant Work Fairness Act (PWFA) to the Disability and Protections (ADA) course.
Updated the real-work example and Workplace Color Spectrum response in the "Mental Health and Empathy" lesson in the Preventing Workplace Harassment course.
Enhanced language across all Preventing Workplace Harassment courses for improved clarification.
Updated the US States Map of Protected Characteristics to reflect most recent regulatory and jurisdictional information.

New video content and training materials are currently in development for the Ethics and Respect pillars to expand available course offerings.
