Building a safe and respectful workplace requires a clear understanding of the legal standards that protect us all. The Preventing Workplace Harassment 13 — Mexico course provides the practical skills and shared language needed to recognize and prevent misconduct in our daily work.
Grounded in Mexico's Federal Labor Law, the 2026 legal reforms, and mandatory safety standards like NOM-035, this training takes the guesswork out of compliance. You will learn to identify different forms of harassment and workplace violence, recognize psychosocial risks, and safely intervene when you witness problematic behavior. This course ensures you have the knowledge and confidence to protect your peers and support a workplace culture built on accountability and mutual respect.
This Course Features:
- As a staple of our Preventing Workplace Harassment series, the course also provides the shared language of the Workplace Color Spectrum® so people can color-code conduct, not people, and give instant feedback to course-correct in real-time.
- Immersive animated video scenarios that model realistic workplace dilemmas, utilizing Spanish-speaking characters with English subtitles to help learners recognize nuances and navigate gray areas in real-world interactions.
