  • New microlesson on Responding to a Visitor at Work outlines standard protocols for front-desk and general staff when handling unexpected visits from government regulators, law enforcement, or auditors.

Content Live Updates

  • The microlesson Failure to Prevent Fraud (FTPF) has been updated to provide a clearer look at the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA), highlighting specific company size triggers, an expanded list of fraud offenses like tax evasion and false accounting, and clarifying broad liability rules for associated persons.
  • The course Insider Trading (v2) received an update to a card in the "Breaching a Duty" lesson to clarify that possessing inside information at the time of a trade constitutes a breach of duty, regardless of whether that information was the reason for the trade.
