Uploading a company logo adds your branding to the Emtrain app. Once uploaded, your logo will replace the Emtrain logo on the login screen and appear in Learner mode as learners work through their training assignments.
As an admin, you interact with Emtrain in Manage mode, which always displays the Emtrain logo. To verify how your branding looks for learners, you can switch to Learner mode. Learn about switching between Learner mode and Manage mode.
Adding Your Logo
To upload your company logo:
- Navigate to Site Config via the Manage menu.
- Select Logo.
- Select Choose File then choose the logo file you want to upload.
- Select Upload File to upload the file.
After you upload your logo, three versions will be displayed, showing how your logo will appear against the three different background colors that are used in the app.
Replace your logo with a new logo at any time by uploading a new logo file following the instructions above.
Logo Requirements and Specifications
To ensure that your logo displays clearly, follow these guidelines:
Required
- File size less than 5MB.
- Use a png, jpg, or gif file format.
Recommended
- Use a dark logo with a transparent background. This will create the best contrast on our light backgrounds.
- Upload a rectangular image approximately 55px tall by 200px wide.
- If you upload a larger image, it will be sized down to fit the space.
- If you upload a smaller image, it will be sized up, which reduces image quality.
Removing a Logo
To remove, or delete, your logo, select the delete (trash can) icon. This will remove the logo and the app will revert to displaying the Emtrain logo.
