User Activity Log

The User Activity Log records each time a learner accesses their training content. The log displays date and time of the user interaction along with the name of the content.

Access the log to verify whether or not a learner has interacted with content—including videos, to-do items, resources, and Question Cards. This history helps resolve situations where learners believe they’ve started or completed a piece of content but the system’s records show they haven’t accessed it.

Accessing User Activity Logs

Access a user’s activity with these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Users area on the Manage menu to view a list of users.
  2. Locate the user whose training activity you want to view.
  3. Select the View Activity link in the Activity Report column. The user’s activity log will immediately appear on-screen.

We don’t offer a download option, but the log data is always available; you can cut and paste log data into a spreadsheet, if needed.
