An allowlist is a list of preapproved connections, like email servers and IP addresses, that you are allowing access to. By adding Emtrain’s identifying information to your company’s allowlist, we can send learning content and notifications to you and your learners without being blocked by spam-blocking software.
During the implementation stage, work with your IT department to ensure that your users and admins can access the Emtrain app and learning content as described below.
IP Addresses for Email Notifications
Provide the following information to your IT Department to be added to your company Allowlist. This ensures that email notifications for training campaigns reach your learners—and are not blocked by your email server.
