A preset minimum time requirement (T) is included in the course to meet all compliance mandates and prove employer participation. There is also an option to deploy a course without a minimum time requirement (U) to train employees that are not under a timing mandate requirement.
Legal Requirements
Emtrain's Bystander Intervention course is designed to meet Chicago's one-hour bystander intervention training requirements. There is no legal requirement to take this training if you do not have employees in Chicago.
