We're excited to announce that our new series of Workplace Safety Microlessons is now available. This collection of four targeted microlessons provides essential guidance on key workplace safety topics, offering flexible training options for organizations looking to reinforce critical safety practices. These microlessons can be deployed as standalone content or seamlessly integrated into your existing Workplace Safety training programs.

The series covers four critical areas: Basic First Aid, which focuses on emergency preparedness and responding to common injuries; Fire Safety, which teaches prevention, the use of fire extinguishers, and emergency protocols; and Manual Handling, which provides instruction on safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries. The training also includes a lesson on Stress Awareness and Psychological Safety to help employees recognize and manage stress while fostering a supportive and open work environment.

These concise lessons are designed to equip all staff with essential knowledge and practical skills to contribute to a safer and healthier workplace for everyone.

These lessons teach:

  • How to handle common medical emergencies and minor injuries.
  • Common fire hazards and how to respond in the case of an emergency
  • Proper body mechanics of manual handling to protect physical well-being
  • The signs of stress in oneself and the importance of psychological safety as it applies to workplace culture
