The Account Owner is a special type of Admin. Your organization has one Account Owner, who was the first admin at your organization at the time of your account setup. This Account Owner has full privileges and cannot be reassigned (except by Emtrain).
Responsibilities
The Account Owner is responsible for assigning admin privileges to other users, who can then set up additional users. Learn more in Understanding Account Admins.
Reassigning the Account Owner
Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) to have a new Account Owner assigned if needed. Give us the name of the user taking over as Account Owner, and our team will make the update through the back end of the platform.
