You can remove terminated employees by changing their Emtrain user profile status. Use one of these methods:
- Manually Deactivate a User via their User Profile.
- Update an employee’s status to “inactive” via the User Status column in a roster import.
- If your account uses the Emtrain HRIS Integration, the system will automatically deactivate the user once their User Status syncs as “inactive”.
Excluding users from a roster import, whether manual or via an integration, does not deactivate them.
