These messages are meant to give you a starting point, but they work best when customized to reflect your company’s voice, values, and culture. In this article, you’ll find the default text ready to copy and adapt—so you can edit, refine, and make each message feel authentic to your organization.
Campaign Assignment Notification
This notification lets learners know that you've assigned new training to them and it’s time to get started. The Start Date you set for the campaign controls when learners receive this notification—as long as you’ve deployed it and the campaign has Active status. If you set your start date for June 1st, learners will get this notification after midnight (Pacific time) on June 1st—the time of day when the system sends out all notifications.

You matter! To strengthen our workplace culture we’re launching a new online course. The course will provide you with guidance on your role in building a respectful workplace and will help us better understand your perspectives on important issues.
Throughout the course we’ll ask you to share your point of view on common workplace challenges, and on your experience working here. Because we care about your privacy, all of your responses are confidential. We will see summarized results that help us better understand what’s working in our culture and where we have room for improvement.

This reminder notification lets learners know they have training in progress that needs their attention. These reminder notifications go out according to the timing you established for the campaign—specific numbers of days after the training start date. For example, if you set a reminder for 5 days after the start date, learners will receive this notification on that fifth day shortly after midnight (Pacific time)—the time of day when the system sends out all notifications.

Campaign Past Due Reminders
Past Due notifications lets learners know they’re running late on a training assignment. These reminder notifications go out according to the timing you established for the campaign—specific numbers of days after the training period ended. For example, if you set a past due reminder for 3 days after the start date, learners will receive the notification on that third day shortly after midnight (Pacific time)—the time when all notifications go out.

Campaign Completion Notification
The completion notification let learners know they have successfully finished all training assignments in a particular campaign. Campaign completion notifications are sent within an hour of the learner completing all assignments from that campaign.

Use our Notification Planner Worksheet to map out the subject, body, and timing of each training email so your rollout stays clear and consistent.
Personalization
Campaign notifications pull learners’ names from the First Name and Last Name fields in their user profiles.
If an employee has a preferred first name and you haven’t yet set it up in their user profile, enter that name in the First Name field of their user profile, then add a Custom Field such as “Legal First Name” to your user roster, where you can enter their legal first name.
