First, check the user’s profile to make sure that they haven’t been deactivated. If they are active, review the group rules to determine why the learner is not included. You may need to correct the learner’s user profile so that they are included in the group.
You cannot add a user to a dynamic group by adding a rule—each rule that is added to a dynamic group typically reduces the number of members. Read Editing Dynamic Groups for more information.
