You might have a campaign connected to a Dynamic group, such as “Supervisors in California,” but need to exclude several employees who meet the criteria. For example, you may want to exclude people who attended an in-person training session.
You can add a rule to the Dynamic group that excludes these employees. If you have a custom field set up for this purpose, use that. Otherwise, you can create a rule that excludes them based on their email address or employee ID. Keep in mind that this will also exclude them from any other campaigns using that group.
