Yes. Use Send to Individuals to resend an individual notification message.
To resend a notification email:
- Navigate to Campaigns via the Manage menu.
- Select the campaign you want to resend a notification message for.
- Select View and Edit Notifications to open the notifications panel.
- Select the pencil icon for the notification message you want to send.
- Select the Send to individuals button in the notification message.
- Enter the employee’s email address.
- Select Send Notification.
You can also use this method to send the notification to more than one employee at the same time by entering multiple email addresses in step 6.
