Can I have the system resend a notification message to an employee?

Yes. Use Send to Individuals to resend an individual notification message. 

To resend a notification email:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns via the Manage menu.
  2. Select the campaign you want to resend a notification message for.
  3. Select View and Edit Notifications to open the notifications panel.
  4. Select the pencil icon for the notification message you want to send.
  5. Select the Send to individuals button in the notification message.
  6. Enter the employee’s email address.
  7. Select Send Notification.

You can also use this method to send the notification to more than one employee at the same time by entering multiple email addresses in step 6.
