Use this article to build your own learner FAQ with examples of questions and answers you can adapt and post on your intranet to help employees find quick answers about their training.

Learners frequently ask the same questions: Where to log in, how to reset their password, and when assignments are due. Creating an FAQ page saves time for both you and learners.

Link to your FAQ page from the assignment email you send to learners. This helps them quickly find answers on their own.

Get started with this list of the most common questions learners ask their training admins. Use the sample answers as a starting point, and adjust the wording to match your organization’s tone and culture.

    A: Our organization is committed to ensuring all supervisors and individual contributors complete this training during the current calendar year.
  • Q: Who can I contact with questions?
    A: Reach out to [the name of your company contact for training questions] by email or Slack for assistance.
  • Q: Where do I log in to start my training?
    A: Visit our training website at https://yourcompany.app.emtrain.com to log in.
  • Q: How often do I need to do this training? ​
    A: You’ll be asked to complete training [annually or biennially] to keep important topics fresh and top of mind.
  • Q: Where can I find the company policy on this? 
    A: You can find related policies within the training, and you can also review them here [link "here" to your policy].
  • Q: I have questions about the policy or the training content. Who can help? 
    A: Visit [internal QA page] for specific questions, open a [ticket/case/inquiry] to connect with someone directly, or email the HR team for support.
  • Q: What if I need to report a concern?
