We preload your Campaigns Content List with any content you've previously deployed, any content that has been customized for your account, and a selection of our most popular standard courses. These selections come from our content pillars: Respect, Inclusion, and Ethics. The recommended content we add to your list is based on which pillars you’ve subscribed to.
Respect Pillar
This content addresses harassment prevention, workplace safety, and respectful conduct, with these Emtrain-recommended courses:
- Preventing Workplace Harassment - US (3 most popular versions)
- Workplace Violence
- Bystander Intervention
Inclusion Pillar
This content addresses bias, diversity, and creating a workplace where all employees feel valued and supported, with these Emtrain-recommended courses:
- Unconscious Bias
- Diversity and Inclusion
Ethics Pillar
This content focuses on compliance, data privacy, and organizational integrity, with these Emtrain-recommended courses:
- Code of Conduct (default, non-customized version)
- Cyber Security
- Global Data Privacy
- AI Governance
Default content in your Campaigns Content List also contains any content that you've previously deployed and any content that you’ve worked with Emtrain to customize. You and other admins on your account can add or remove content from the list to fit your needs.
Review Your List
You can review your Campaigns Content list in the Campaigns area of Manage. Select any draft campaign and open the Content Selector by clicking the “+ Click to Select Content” button. The Content Selector displays all titles added to your Campaigns Content List.
