If you're taking your training in a language other than English, closed captions appear on videos automatically, in the language you've selected. In English, whether captions start on depends on how your organization has set up its training.
Turning captions on and off
Hover over the video to bring up its controls, then select the CC button in the lower right. Your choice is saved and applies to every video from then on, including in later sessions. So if you turn captions off once, they stay off until you turn them back on. |
Changing the caption language
Captions follow the language you've selected for your training, so you shouldn't need to set this. To choose a different one, select the gear icon beside CC, choose Captions, and pick from the list. Not every video has captions in every language. If there's no caption track in your language, no captions appear on that video. |
