Campaign Statuses

Campaigns display with indicators showing each campaign’s current status. There are four possible campaign statuses. Filter the list of campaigns by status using the checkboxes at the top of the list. The filter displays Active and Draft campaigns by default. You can select Closed or Withdrawn to include those statuses in your list.

Using Search

Use the search bar to find a particular campaign. This can be helpful when you have many campaigns. Enter a word that appears in your campaign name to find the campaign you’re looking for. For example, if you’re looking for the Annual Compliance Training for Managers 2025, you could use the word “Annual” or “Compliance” to find it.

The search function will find only those campaigns matching the status(es) that you’ve selected via the checkbox filter.

Sorting Options

Sort the campaigns list in three ways.

  • Date Updated: This is the default sort order. It shows your most recently updated campaigns first.
  • Date Created: Orders campaigns by when they were first created, newest first.
  • Alphabetically: Lists campaigns from A to Z by name.

List Display

Each campaign listed includes the campaign’s name, status and start date. Below the start date you'll see the end date for Scheduled campaigns, or the word "open" for Open campaigns. Learn more about Campaign Types.

You may see a pink notification icon next to campaigns that have pending assignment changes. This will appear if you’ve enabled Require Approval for campaign assignment changes.
