Some reasons why you might edit a rule:

To add more US states to an existing rule. If your group includes
US State IS CAand you want employees in additional states to receive the same training, update the rule toUS State IS CA, DE, ME, NY, IL, etc. Be sure to input the additional states into the same value field. -
To keep specific individuals out of a group. You can input additional email addresses to exclude specific individuals from a group. For example, if your group includes
Email IS NOT name@company.com, you can add more email addresses in the same field, such asEmail IS NOT name@company.com, name2@company.com, name3@company.com.
