Yes, you can replace a policy in the content at any time. Follow the instructions in Configuring Required Policies to upload or link a new policy.
Once you’ve replaced the policy, all learners going forward will view the latest version. Past learners will not be alerted to the updated policy, but if they return to the training to review content, they will see the new policy.
