When employees have login challenges, it’s often for these reasons:
- Email Address. The learner must use the email address configured on their profile. If there's a typo in either the profile email or what they're entering, or if the addresses don't match, the system won't recognize them.
- Inactive Profile. The learner’s Emtrain User Status might be inactive. When a profile is inactive, the system won't allow login access.
- Outdated Email Link. They may have used a link from an older assignment notification email rather than a recent one. For security reasons, first-time users must use the link from the most recent assignment notification email to create a password and complete account registration.
