A former employee’s completed assignments will be accessible if the re-hired employee has the exact same key data that identifies their user record (email and/or employee ID) and their user status is Active. In this case, they can access their previously completed assignments after logging in.
This is not the case for incomplete assignments. When a terminated employee is deactivated in Emtrain, all of their incomplete assignments are cancelled and cannot be retrieved.
