Adding a Course Completion Message

You can add a message for learners on the last card of a Course. For example, a message directing learners to sign up for the next step, “Sign up for the Manager’s Roundtable discussion group once you complete this training.” 

To add a course completion message:

  1. Navigate to the Content Library and locate the content you wish to rename. 
  2. Select the title for that content, which opens the Content Details Page
  3. If the content has multiple versions, use the version dropdown to choose the version you wish to add a message on the final card of the course.
  4. Select Optional Configurations.
  5. Select Yes for Include a message on the last card of the course?
  6. Enter your course completion message into the text box. Use the formatting controls to style your text, or add a link.

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save Changes to keep your changes.

Your message will display for learners on the last card of the course.

Toggle the Course Completion message option to No if you prefer not to use it. Your message will be saved but won’t appear for learners.
