A learner has received a campaign notification email but after logging in the assignment is not there.

A campaign may assign content to members of a Dynamic Group. If a learner’s profile data changes and they’re removed from that group, their assignment will disappear from their To Do list. To verify this, check the assignment list on the user’s profile page. The assignment status should show as “Canceled: removed from group.”
