A learner hasn't received a notification email that they should have.

First, confirm that the learner has the assignment by checking the assignment list on the user’s profile page. If the assignment is there and shows a status of Not Started or In Progress, you can resend the notification email to the learner by using the Send to Individuals option. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.
  2. Select the campaign connected to the training.
  3. Select View and Edit Notifications.
  4. Select the pencil icon next to the notification you want to send, which opens that notification.
  5. Select the Send to Individuals button, which opens a dialog box.
  6. Enter the learner’s email address in the Recipients field.
  7. Select Send Notification.
