First, confirm that the learner has the assignment by checking the assignment list on the user’s profile page. If the assignment is there and shows a status of Not Started or In Progress, you can resend the notification email to the learner by using the Send to Individuals option. Here's how:
- Navigate to Campaigns.
- Select the campaign connected to the training.
- Select View and Edit Notifications.
- Select the pencil icon next to the notification you want to send, which opens that notification.
- Select the Send to Individuals button, which opens a dialog box.
- Enter the learner’s email address in the Recipients field.
- Select Send Notification.
