If one of your learners sees this error or a similar error: This assignment cannot be launched. We cannot find an assignment for Program 1234 for John Doe (suspend data: 987654), there is an issue with the SCORM ID coming from the LMS for this learner. Work with your LMS provider to determine what changed and how they can access the training again.
If your LMS provider can’t help, you can remove the assignment from the learner and create a new assignment for them. Keep in mind that if you use this approach the learner will need to start the assignment from the beginning.
