If you don’t see a user when searching the User Table, make sure there aren’t any spelling errors in your search. Also, check for filter settings that might be hiding results. Use the Show All Results link to clear all filters and display all employees in your roster.
If you've confirmed that the user isn’t in the table, they were never added to the User Roster. This may have happened because of an error on a previous import. Learn more about this in Monitoring Import Status.
To add the user, you can either run another import, or add them manually.
