Why did I receive the error message: "Password reset token has expired"?

The message Password reset token has expired indicates that that link is no longer valid. The link will expire for one of two reasons:

  1. A new request to reset your password was initiated. When this is done, the previous reset password link expires.
  2. It's been more than four hours since the email was received. Please note the links are only valid for four hours.

To resolve this issue, reset your password once more and allow 30 minutes before requesting another reset token.
