You can update your preferred language in Emtrain at any time. This setting controls the language used throughout your learner experience—including the interface and written content within your training. Follow these steps:
- Open the menu on the right-hand side of your screen by selecting your company logo or the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines).
- Expand the section with your name.
- Select Language to open the available options, then choose the language you prefer.
- Select Save.
Your page will reload in the language you selected.
This change updates both the Learner interface and the content cards. If audio narration is available for that language, you’ll also see the option to enable it.
To view video closed captions in your desired language:
- Open the video player from any video card within your training.
- Click CC to display caption language options, then choose your preferred language.
The captions automatically appear in your selected language, but the video’s audio track remains in English.
If your preferred language isn’t listed, reach out to your Training Administrator to request that it be enabled for your company’s account.
