The link your learner received may have expired because more than 7 days have passed since it was received, or because a subsequent campaign notification was sent to the learner, which invalidated the previous link.
This can happen if a learner has not yet activated their account by creating a password. When this occurs, have the learner take these steps:
- Navigate to the account URL:
https://yourcompany.app.emtrain.com - Select the "Need help logging in?" link
- Enter their email address
- Select Submit
They will receive an email to reset their password within a few minutes. Have them follow the instructions in the email to activate their account and access the training.
