Why am I still receiving a reminder email when I've completed an assignment?

If you’re still receiving a reminder email, it usually means one of three things:

  • You haven’t finished all lessons in the course.
  • You haven’t met the course’s minimum time requirement.
  • The reminder refers to a different assignment within your campaign.

Review the sections below to confirm your progress and ensure your course is fully complete.

You may not have fully completed the course content.

In some cases, learners progress through the course without viewing every lesson in full. In this case, you’ll see a message once you reach the end of the course that says: “This course is not complete. You must review all of the lessons in the course to receive credit for completing it.”

What to do:

  1. Navigate to your To Do list and select the incomplete course.
  2. Confirm that every lesson has a gray checkmark next to it.
  3. If any are missing, finish those lessons to receive full credit.

You may not have met the minimum time requirement.

Some courses include a Time Requirement for completion. If you haven’t met the time requirement, you’ll see a message once you reach the end of the course that says: “You need to spend more time on this course. Please review the lessons of your choice until you've met the time requirement noted above.”

What to do:

  1. Navigate to your To Do list and select the incomplete course.
  2. Continue reviewing content until the Time Requirement bar is completely filled and the number of minutes Completed matches the number Required

The timer pauses after five minutes of inactivity—so be sure to stay engaged with the content until the time is met.

The reminder may be referencing a different assignment in the campaign.

Each campaign can include multiple pieces of content, and the system sends reminder emails based on campaign completion.

What to do:

  1. Navigate to your To Do list and review any assignments that are still in progress.
  2. Continue with any that show as incomplete or have upcoming due dates.

Once all assignments in your To Do list show as complete, you’ll stop receiving reminder emails for all campaigns.
