Understanding Reports

There are two reports available in the Reports area: the Insights Report, which is available for all accounts, and the Completion Report, which is only available for Emtrain-hosted accounts. You can run these reports at any time while learners are still working through the training, or afterward as a review of training or for historical records. 

Insights Report

The Insights Report shows how learners are engaging with training content and responding to questions in courses, lessons, and microlessons. You can find out exactly how learners are answering the questions in the training you’ve assigned them.

Completion Report

Completion reports help you understand how learners are progressing through one or more campaigns, or particular content. They display information like what percentage of a campaign has been completed and which learners have begun training, giving you a clear picture of how training is going overall.

Completion reports are only available for Emtrain-hosted accounts. If you have a LMS-connected account, get completion data from your LMS.

Other Reporting Tools

Additional reporting tools are available in other areas of the app, which you may have access to depending on the permissions included with your Admin User Role:

  1. Emtrain Intelligence: A place to go deeper into your data to better understand your workplace culture and identify risk areas.
  2. Users Table: A view of all of the employees in your User Roster that can be searched, sorted, and filtered by their profile data.
  3. User Assignments List: The training history for an individual learner based on the content you’ve assigned to them.
  4. User Activity Log: A record of each time a learner accesses their training content. The log displays date and time of the user interaction along with the name of the content.
