The most significant additions occur in this lesson, reflecting new legislative mandates and legal frameworks:

Employment Rights Act of 2025 details added: A brand new paragraph was added to Card Id 35660 ("Evolving Attitudes") stating:
"The Employment Rights Act of 2025 increases whistleblower protections, expands harassment liability, and compels employers to take all reasonable steps to prevent harassment." -
Expansion of Maternity/Pregnancy Protections: In Card Id 35658, under the "Pregnancy & Maternity" box detail, the following provision was added:
"As of October 2027, there are additional protections against dismissal for pregnant workers and those returning from maternity leave." - Take-Away updates: The summary "Take-Aways" card (Card Id 35661) was updated to explicitly mention that both the Equality Act and the subsequent Employment Rights Act protect individuals from these behaviors.
2. Whistleblower Protection Additions (Lesson 11: Victimisation)
