If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in, you can reset it in just a few steps:
Navigate to your company’s Emtrain login page:
https://yourcompany.app.emtrain.comSelect Need help logging in?
Enter your email address.
Select Submit.
When you select submit, you’ll see a message confirming that the system attempted to send a reset email: “We’ve sent a link to [your email address] if we found that email in our system.” If your email is recognized, you’ll receive the reset message within a few minutes. If you don't see it, visit our troubleshooting article to assist you.
Follow the link in the reset password email to create your new password.
You can return to the log-in screen at any time by selecting Back to Log in.
