The Content Library has been redesigned to help you find, compare, and configure content faster—so you can launch training to your employees with confidence.
Simplified Content Discovery
Smarter search, flexible filtering, and intuitive groupings of content versions will help you find the right training faster. Easily explore content by training type, location, concepts, and culture skills. Find content that's been customized for your company with the flip of a switch.

Dedicated Keyword and Content ID Searches
The Search field now includes a dropdown menu, allowing you to choose whether to search by Keyword or Content ID.
When you search by Keyword, your results will include any matching titles shown in the Content Library by default.
When you search by Content ID, your result will display the specific version of the content associated with that ID—shown as its own card.
Content Grouped by Title
The Content Library is now organized by content title. Instead of seeing a long list of every version of our content, you’ll now see a single card for each title available to you.
For example, all versions of FLSA and Wage & Hour Laws are grouped together and represented by one card. When you select a title, you can view and compare all available versions and choose the one that best fits your needs.
If you’ve renamed a piece of content, that custom name will no longer appear on the main Content Library page. Instead, you’ll see it after selecting the title and opening that version’s Content Detail page. You can still search by your custom name—doing so will bring up the title card that includes the renamed version.
More Context and Clarity
Explore training content more deeply with new content detail pages. Learn what skills and concepts they cover, compare differences between versions, and dive into included lessons—all the information you need to select the right training for your team.
Each content detail page includes:
- Complete information about concepts and culture skills covered in the training.
- Expanded descriptions that help you understand what learners will experience.
- A comprehensive view of all lessons included in a course.
- Detailed comparison data for each version, making it simple to identify the best fit for different employee groups.

Streamlined Configuration
A cleaner interface and intuitive tools guide you through adding policies and other content configuration options. Alerts notify you of content that requires a policy to be provided.
Key improvements include:
- Policy configurations now have their own dedicated section, making them easier to locate and update—with clear alerts when your content is missing a policy.
- Preview functionality for course completion certificates, so you can review your customized text before learners receive it.
- An overall improved interface that makes configuration tasks more straightforward.
