Once your Emtrain account is up and running, you have options for customizing your account based on your organization’s preferences. This article covers the most essential configurations that we suggest you make. To access these settings, navigate to Site Config via the Manage menu.
Learner Features
By setting up a logo and language options, you create a more customized experience for your learners as they interact with their training assignments.
Logo
Uploading a company logo adds your branding to the Emtrain app as learners work through their training assignments. Learn how to prepare and upload your logo.
Learner Languages
You may select specific languages which will be available for learners to choose from when completing their training. This enables them to learn in a language of their preference. Learn how to configure Learner Language options.
Basic Info

Admin User Roles

You can connect your existing systems with Emtrain in ways that save you time and keep your data synchronized automatically.
SSO
If your company uses a Single Sign on (SSO) provider, we recommend that you configure it for use with Emtrain. Login will be easier for your employees if hey can access training through your SSO dashboard. Learn about our SSO options.
Emtrain HRIS Integration
If you use an HR System of Record to track employees, consider connecting it to Emtrain so that your user roster stays up to date without your involvement. For Emtrain-hosted accounts, this is helpful to drive groups and campaigns. For LMS-connected accounts, this is helpful for importing data to be used in segmentation reporting. Emtrain for Slack
If you use Slack as a regular tool for internal communication, Emtrain for Slack sends Slack messages to your employees to accompany campaign email notifications.
