This admin session for LMS-connected accounts walked through how to set up an account from start to reporting, including:
- Site Configuration. Brand your account by uploading your logo and customizing learner settings such as video closed captions and learner language options. Create Admin User Roles to control each administrator’s level of access. Configure integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO) for your Admin users to easily log into Emtrain, and enable the Emtrain HRIS Integration to automatically sync learner data for segmentation purposes. Track your used vs available licenses for unique learners, regardless of how many times they access content.
- Content Library. Explore powerful filters and see how different versions now appear under a single content title in the updated Content Library. You can edit content titles, configure course completion messages and course completion certificates, preview content, and manage policies directly within each version. A built-in version selector on the Preventing Workplace Harassment–US Content Details Page helps you select the correct version by location and recommends the right courses.
- SCORM Files. Learn how to download the SCORM package in order to upload into your LMS. Understand what data is passed from the LMS to Emtrain.
- Reporting. Access insights on questions asked in training on the Insights Report. You will pull completion reports from your LMS, so these are not available in Emtrain. Additional metrics and data segmentation are available in Intelligence, depending on your contract level.
